Interior Detailing FAQs

Yes. We offer leather seat cleaning and conditioning. We do this by starting with a thorough vacuum, apply leather cleaner and scrub with a leather brush. We also steam clean if it has stains. We do quick and multiple passes so that we won’t damage your leather seats. Then we apply leather conditioner to make your seats soft.

The main difference is that we focus on stains, pet hair, and sand removal in our full interior cleaning. Our basic interior focuses on leather seat cleaning and steam cleaning of surfaces. The main similarity is that both services include carpet shampoo, steam cleaning, and wipedowns.

Pretty much everything. We’ve removed coffee stains, juice, vomit, soda, ketchup, pet urine, and anything in between.

90-99% of the time, we are successful at removing most stains. Stains become harder to remove if it has been on your carpet or upholstery for a long time and how much was spilled.

Then we scrub the carpet and upholstery with a drill brush to loosen the fibers. Then we use a carpet extractor with an acidic chemical to neutralize the carpet fibers.

If there are still some stains, we will use a spot remover to further remove them. Then we will blot and wipe down any excess stains. Finally, we will dry your interior with a fan.

Yes. We remove sand by thorough vacuum, compressed air, and drill brush. The compressed air helps a lot in loosening up the sand in the carpet fibers. Once the sand is on the surface, we vacuum it up.

On a 4-door sedan, it can take about 2-4 hours to finish.

Yes and no. Yes if you bring your car to a car wash tunnel or if you use an improper wash method. An example of an improper wash method is using dirty mitts, towels and rough brushes to wipe your paint. The swirls won’t come back if you do a proper hand wash and maintenance.

Polishing is recommended to be done inside a garage. The reason being is the sun heats up the paint and the wind can carry dust on your paint. The combination of hot paint and heat from the machine polisher can damage your paint. Plus, the dust that sticks to your paint only prolongs the process.

We use a combination of paint sealants and carnauba based waxes.
